How to go about it
1. Buy the Genius card

2. You can contact your Genius adviser 24/7
With your customer number to hand, just call your Genius adviser and tell them what you need.
They will help you define exactly what you require by asking specific questions (e.g.: is homework support for a primary or secondary school student? Is childminding for a child aged under or over 3? What budget do you have in mind for the service you need?).
3. The provider chosen by Genius calls you
Within 2 working days maximum the provider chosen by Genius will contact you. Together you can finalise the content and the structure of the service (days, times, expected work, etc.). The provider will then give you a quote.
4. The home service is then implemented
If the quote suits you and you accept it the provider can come to your home to carry out the service required. You pay the provider directly for the hours worked at your home.
5. Genius ensures your satisfaction
Your Genius adviser remains available throughout the service at your home. Genius will call you to see how things are going and to find out how satisfied you are with the service provided.
6. You can deduct up to 50% of your expenses from your income tax
You can deduct up to 50% of the costs of these home services from your income tax, within the ceilings set by law, and benefit from VAT at only 5.5%.
