Delivery: a key issue of Colis-Express

To accompany the rise of e-businesses, ColiPoste has rolled out 15 platforms, launched the modernisation of its 70 branches through professional recognition and investment in the 2,700 delivery operators. These members of staff work across France six days a week to deliver a first-rate service to their customers.

In 2007 Chronopost launched its Chrono Relais local delivery service with 3,000 tobacconists. In Madrid, Seur GeoPost has trialled home-delivery up to 9.30 pm, resulting in a +4% acceptance on first delivery-attempts.
