Delivering customer service in so many ways
2006 saw post offices rise to the challenge of making La Poste’s “Customer Relations Project” a success. La Banque Postale was born, 1,100 post offices revamped, 1,499 partner outlets opened and “Help at Home” service trials introduced, along with all sales objectives being met.
This impressive performance is a direct and clear result of the commitment of La Poste’s 75,000 branch staff.

Spotlight on postal presence
At 31 Decembre 2006, La Poste network included more than 17,000 outlets:
- 12,000 post office branches,
- 5,000 outlets managed in partnership.

Moreover, related networks are being developed to increase the density of postal presence and distribute La Poste’s most demanded products: tobacconists that signed a new agreement with La Poste at the beginning of 2007 and supermarkets and superstores that multiplied sales events in 2006.
