Redirection and holding

If your business is moving or is closing temporarily, you can use the La Poste online redirection service.

In just a few clicks, you will be able to subscribe online to a mail redirection service, or ask you local post office to keep your mail by for you.

Temporary or permanent international redirection makes it possible to have your mail (up to 2 kg) forwarded, either permanently or temporarily, from your business address on the French mainland to a foreign address anywhere in the world.

Permanent National Redirection from La Poste forwards all mail that is sent to your old address to your new business address in France.

The Mail Holding service means that all the mail addressed to your business while it is closed will be kept for you.

How to subscribe to one of these services

To subscribe to the Permanent National Redirection service, click on "Souscrire".

Then click on "Réexpédition définitive nationale" and "Souscrire au contrat".
