Save time: frank your parcels online!

Just a few clicks are all it takes to complete your delivery note, print it out and attach it to your parcel. Then take it to the dedicated parcel express counter at your local post office.

State the weight of your parcel, its destination and dispatch method, before paying by credit or debit card. Your form is then printed out on a standard A4 sheet (part of it will be stuck on the parcel, the other part stamped by the counter attendant). Once your parcel is ready, take it to the dedicated parcel express counter at your local post office. A few months from now, this e-Franking service will be available for international dispatches too.

Select the place of dispatch and destination of your parcel:
- "France" for France,
- "Monaco" for Monaco.

Next, choose your delivery method:
- "avec signature du destinataire" if the parcel needs to be signed for by the addressee,
- "sans signature du destinataire" if the parcel does not need to be signed for by the addressee.

Then state the total weight of the parcel in kg.
N.B.: the weight of your parcel will be checked when you hand it over at the post office. If the stated weight is incorrect, the parcel will be refused.

And choose your registration rate:
- R1: 31 euros,
- R2: 153 euros,
- R3: 458 euros.
The registration rate corresponds to the lump-sum compensation payable in the event of loss, theft or damage, in addition to an indemnity of up to 23 euros/kg.

Finally, specify the type of parcel:
- "standard" for standard parcels,
- "rouleau" for tubes,
- "volumineux" for bulky parcels.

Click "Etape suivante" to move on to the next step.
